Kate Wright has over 20 years’ experience in HR as a business coach, a generalist and as a specialist in Organisational Development, Employee Relations, Learning and Development and Diversity. Her last in-house roles were as Head of the HR Business Partnering team at the Corporation of Lloyd’s and, prior to that, Employee Relations & Diversity Manager for Ernst & Young, UK. She also chaired the Diversity Steering Group for Lloyd’s of London for several years.
For the last 10 years Kate has been providing HR consultancy and coaching services to clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including Finance, IT, retail, design and hospitality both in the UK and Jersey, CI. Kate has developed specialist expertise in HR, Organisational Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Executive Coaching and coaching for small businesses.

Kate is a co-founder of The Diversity Network – Jersey, a new business networking group that aims to actively facilitate change and progress in diversity across the local business community. The group aims high and sees no reason why a dynamic island like Jersey can not lead the way in innovative diversity and inclusion practices that make a real difference to both the local workforce and business success.
